Q: How long will my order take to arrive
A: Depending on where you are and stock availability, you should receive your order within 5-10 working days, however this may vary depending on stock availability, public holidays and other factors out of our control. If your delivery will take more than 10 working days we will contact you as soon as possible to advise the estimated delivery date & ask if you'd still like to proceed with your order. If requested you will be able to receive a full refund if you choose not to proceed at this stage. If in doubt, please ask.

Q: How much will it cost to have wine delivered to my door?
A: The cost of delivery depends on where you are and the products you order. Please check out our freight rates here which includes an outline of costs for the delivery of products to various areas across Australia - if your area is not mentioned, please contact us with the details of the products you'd like and your postcode and we'll get back to you with the freight costs as soon as possible.

Q: What is your refunds policy?
A: If you don't receive your delivery, receive only part of your order or your product(s) are damaged prior to arrival, please contact us within 5 working days to advise us. We will liaise with you to arrange replacement product(s) or a refund for the damaged portion of the products. If this is required, we may request (at our discretion) the damaged goods be returned to us prior to processing your refund.

Q: Is it safe to give my credit card details online at http://www.kneedeepwines.com.au/?
A: Absolutely. Our site uses a secure connection when processing any payments online, so your credit card details cannot be read by anyone other than our payment gateway, eWay (www.eway.com.au), who use secure methods to process and complete all payments. You should see a padlock icon on your browser when using our checkout system which shows you the page is secure.
