2007 Shiraz

Attractive deep plum colour with a cherry glow. Aromas of violets and plum greet the nose followed by ripe mouth filling flavours of rasberry and plum, with a lingering finish of raisin, cinnamon and mint. The wine is medium bodied and elegant with soft and mellow tannins after 10 months in French (75%) and American (25%) oak.
