2006 Reserve Shiraz

Vibrant rich plum colour and intense ripe fruit aromas of red plum, blackcurrant with integrated briary oak. The palate reveals a lovely mouth filling richness of spicy ripe fruit showing good length with fine tannins and a clean finish. Whilst this wine is amazing with lamb or beef we're serving it here at the restaurant with our bittersweet chocolate marquise, muscatel financier and red wine poached pears!
