
Chocolate brownies are always a family favourite. Simple and popular. Add a little extra to it to serve as a dessert or simply enjoy with a cup of coffee.

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
375 grams butter softened
3 cups caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
6 eggs
1 tbs coffee
1½ cups flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
In small mixer, large bowl with sturdy beaters mix butter, sugar, vanilla. Add eggs and coffee, then add sifted dry ingredients and fold through nuts and chocolate.
Bake moderate-hot oven 40-45 minutes. Cool in baking dish.
