Former New Zealand Junior Chef of the Nation, and Chaine de Rotisseurs World Finalist Bradley Hornby, has joined us with years of experience in high quality restaurants and 5 star luxury resorts such as Huka Lodge, InterContinental Wellington and Lizard Island Resort.
Having also worked in 5 star luxury resorts and hotels, Liz Buttimore is a Certified Sommelier with the UK Court of Masters, and has achieved gold and silver medals for her restaurant service in New Zealand.
The restaurant offers an a la carte lunch menu seven days a week. We welcome families with children and offer a special kids menu .
Our experienced team at Knee Deep can cater for any occasion from a private dinner, corporate Christmas party or an intimate wedding. We offer private evening dining or events within our restaurant for large groups. For something really special small groups can dine at our 'chefs table ' located inside the kitchen. There you can completely immerse yourself in our cuisine. We also specialise in high end off-site catering in challenging locations.
